STUDENT CONGRESS

United States Student Association National Student Congress (NSC) is the highest decision-making body of the United States Student Association, bringing together student leaders from across the country to debate, envision, and vote on the organization’s priorities, campaigns, and leadership for the coming year.

For five transformative days, students gather to shape the national student agenda by engaging in plenary sessions, regional meetings, caucuses, workshops, and elections for USSA’s Board of Directors, President, and Vice President. Founded on the belief that students should lead in determining how their national organization operates, the Congress is a living expression of democratic participation and student power.

Every delegate has the opportunity to set policy, define organizing priorities, and build strategies that reflect the real needs of students in every state. From spirited debates to visionary planning sessions, Congress is both a learning experience and a call to action for those committed to making education a right.

Any university campus can host the NSC, if your campus is interested in hosting email info@usstudentassociation.org. More information will be available in the spring.

We can’t wait to welcome you to the next USSA Congress, a powerful week of democracy, leadership, and collective vision.“
